Mission Statement and Purpose

The VICTORS exists to build youth sports and related programs
at inner city locations where no similar organized activities are available. 
The express purpose is to give children an opportunity to develop
athletic talent, experience teamwork, learn life skills, have fun, and
become positive influences in their families and communities.
